Our vision is an education system where Black educators lead at every level of the system, shaping policies, practices, and cultures that affirm and uplift all students. We envision a robust pipeline of Black leaders and administrators—supported, connected, and empowered—who are fully represented in district and state leadership, driving transformative change in schools and communities. Through intentional development, advocacy, and community-building, BLAC seeks to redefine what educational leadership looks like so that it truly reflects the brilliance and diversity of the students we serve.
